We will notify you that ibis mobile inc. (the "Company A") and ibis inc. (the "Company B") will merge as of September 30, 2019, and Company B will continue to inherit all of Company A's rights and obligations, and Company A has been dissolved.

As a result, from September 30, 2019, ibis paint operating companies will be changed as follows:

Former management company: ibis mobile inc.
New management company: ibis inc.

The ibisPaint service will not be changed due to this changing management company.
There is no impact to the ibisPaint users.
