[Improvements]

• The tooltip "Move Layer" was appearing even when moving the current folder in the layer window, but it has been changed to "Move Folder".
• The label of "Interpolation Method" in "Translate Scale" of the Transform tool has been displayed so small that it is unreadable in some languages.
• The left and right margins of the main toolbar are now always added when it is combined with the tool selection window in landscape mode.

• Fixed a problem that it was not possible to move smoothly in 1px increments when moving in parallel with "Translate Scale" of Transform tool.
• (Android version) Fixed a crash problem when importing IPV files before starting the app.
• (iPad/iPhone/iPod touch version) Fixed a problem that the app freezes when you click the cancel button when creating a new canvas by importing photos on iOS14.
