There are 3 types of in-app purchases in ibisPaint for Windows, Mac “Pro Upgrade” (one-off purchase), “Premium Membership (Monthly Plan)” and “Premium Membership (Yearly Plan)”.

By subscribing for the Premium Membership, Premium features become available in addition to Pro features (features that become available by purchasing the Pro Upgrade plan).
Only for the initial time you can use a trial period as follows.
Monthly payment: You can try it for free for one week.
Yearly payment: You can try it for free for one month.
* Free trial is available only once with either monthly or yearly payment.
A Premium Member can use the following features and services.

* As long as you are logged into the same Microsoft Account on the Microsoft Store, you can share your purchase with other Windows devices.
* As long as you are logged into the same Apple Account on the Mac App Store, you can share your purchase with other Mac devices. However, purchases cannot be shared with the ibisPaint for iPhone/iPad.
* Using Cloud Storage allows you to sync up to 20 GB of your artwork between the Windows/Mac versions and the iPhone/iPad/Android versions of ibisPaint.

* Monthly payment: After you become a Premium Member with the first one-week free trial, if you do not cancel your “Premium Membership” at least 48 hours before the last day of the free trial period, your “Premium Membership” will be automatically renewed and the fee will be charged.
* Yearly payment: After you become a Premium Member with the first one-month free trial, if you do not cancel your “Premium Membership” at least 48 hours before the last day of the free trial period, your “Premium Membership” will be automatically renewed and the fee will be charged.

Your Premium Membership and Pro Upgrade purchases are tied to your store account. This means that if you uninstall and later reinstall the app, you can restore your features without having to purchase them again.
For the Windows version: Log in to the Microsoft Store app with the Microsoft account you used for the purchase.
For the Mac version: Log in to the Mac App Store with the Apple Account you used for the purchase.
Afterwards, open the app and use the “Restore Purchased Rights” function to restore your Premium Membership or Pro Upgrade.

To restore your purchases, navigate to the ibisPaint Title Screen and select ①[ Gear button ]> ②[ Restore Purchased Rights ]. This is the process to use after reinstalling the app or switching to a new device.

Go to Microsoft Store app ＞ ①[ Profile icon in the upper right corner ] ＞ ②[ Manage account and devices ].

Select ③[ Services & subscriptions ].

Select ④[ Manage ] for the subscription you wish to cancel.

Select ⑤[ Cancel subscription ].Follow the onscreen instructions.

Launch the Mac App Store and select ①[ Name ] > ②[ Account Settings ].

Under “Subscriptions,” select ③[ Manage ].

Tap ④[ The subscription you want to cancel ], then select ⑤[ Cancel Subscription ].

Tap ⑥[ Confirm ].

• If you do not cancel the automatic renewal at least 48 hours (3 days) before your subscription renewal date, your subscription will be automatically renewed, and the fee will be charged.
• Even if you subscribe for Premium Membership with the free trial period, the fee will be charged if you do not cancel the automatic renewal at least 48 hours (3 days) before the end of the free trial period.

• If you do not cancel the automatic renewal at least 24 hours (2 days) before your subscription renewal date, your subscription will be automatically renewed, and the fee will be charged.
• Even if you subscribe for Premium Membership with the free trial period, the fee will be charged if you do not cancel the automatic renewal at least 24 hours (2 days) before the end of the free trial period.

• The cancellation of your “Premium Membership” cannot be done by any methods other than the one mentioned above.
• Billing for the Windows version is handled through your Microsoft Account, while the Mac version is billed through your Apple Account.
• To share a Premium Membership across multiple devices, you must be logged into the same store with the same account. For example, a single purchase allows you to use premium features on two different Windows PCs, as long as both are logged into the Microsoft Store with the same Microsoft account.
  On the other hand, if you want to use premium features on both a Windows PC and a Mac, you must subscribe to a Premium Membership on both the Microsoft Store and the Mac App Store. Additionally, even when using the same Apple Account, you cannot share a Premium Membership between a Mac and an iPhone/iPad, as the Mac App Store and the App Store are treated as separate storefronts. However, the cloud storage benefit is tied directly to your ibisPaint login account (your authentication account). Therefore, subscribing to a Premium Membership on any single store will grant you the full storage capacity across all your devices, regardless of their operating system.
• You can change from a monthly plan to an annual plan, but you cannot change from an annual plan to a monthly plan. Please cancel the annual plan once and wait until it expires before subscribing to a monthly plan.
• Changing from the monthly to yearly payment plan will result in an immediate switchover of plans. (The yearly payment plan will be extended by only the remaining number of days in the monthly payment plan.)
