Notification of server failure (restored)

From around 21:30 on June 23 (JST +09:00), we had a problem with the ibisPaint server, which prevented you from viewing the website and uploading your work from the app.
The failure was fixed at 9:46 on June 24 (JST +09:00), and the service is now oprating normally.
