Thank you for using ibisPaint.

We are making revises to the ibisPaint's Terms of Service which will become effective at September 7, 2026.

Changes:
- We have added provisions regarding Smart Credit (the 8th provision).
- We have clearly stated that extracting data of the 3D Materials included in ibisPaint Apps, using them for training AI, and redistributing them in a form that allows them to be reused as materials are prohibited (the 11th provision).
- Accordingly, we have added the definition of "Redistribution" and revised the provisions concerning the intellectual property rights of the contents of this site and ibisPaint Apps (the 1st and 11th provisions).
