[Fixed Bugs]
- Fixed a bug where creating artwork will be failed or the existing artwork will be disappeared on iOS 10.3 if specific characters were included in artwork's name.
- Fixed a bug where drawing is different between editing and playing with some brushes. (especially Pile)
- Fixed a bug where lines got rattled with the rectangle mode of Array Ruler.
