We have decided to discontinue the "Collage" and "Traced" categories for illustrations.
With the discontinuation of the categories, the artworks in the "Collages" and "Traced" categories will become private (In other words, they will not be displayed to users other than the poster himself/herself).

If you wish to move your own artwork in the "Collages" or "Traced" category to another category, please do the following below.

1. Log in to ibispaint.com with your own account.
2. Open the page for the artwork from the list of the posted artworks displayed in "My Page".
3. Tap “Category Change List” in the lower-right of the video on the page for the artwork, and then submit a category change request.
4. We will review the artwork to see if it can be moved to a category other than the "Collages" or "Traced" category, and if so, we will change the category.
5. If the category is not changed within 5 business days after the report is submitted, it is possible that we have determined that the artwork cannot be moved to a category other than "Collages" or "Traced". If you wish to request a review of this decision, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact us again using the Inquiry Form, stating the reason for moving the artwork from the "Collages" or "Traced" category, along with the URL of the subject artwork.
