01. Introduction

ibisPaint is an app with the concept of "Share the Fun of Drawing". ibisPaint was created for the purpose of enabling communication, enjoying drawing, and developing your drawing abilities.
This drawing lecture is for newcomers to digital drawing.
If you want to get better at drawing the two most important things are to enjoy drawing and to draw a lot. Many professional illustrators loved drawing to the point of being obsessed with it when they were younger. Further, even adults who are professional illustrators need to practice every day in order to hone their skills. Nobody can become an expert in just one day. It takes years, and even then you should keep drawing in order to get better. There are many type of jobs related to drawing, such as manga artist, animator, book illustrator, painter, and game illustrator, for example. All you youngsters are full of potential, and for the young at heart doing a few sketches down at the park or while taking a walk sounds like a very rewarding way to spend your time.
We hope that ibisPaint helps to spread the joy of sketching even further.
