24. Prime Membership / Pro Add-on (Windows Version)
We provide three ways of purchasing paid products of ibisPaint (Windows Version): “Pro Add-on” (one off payment), “Prime Membership” (monthly payment) and “Prime Membership” (yearly payment).
Prime Membership
By purchasing a Prime Membership, Prime Features will be available in addition to Pro Features (features that become accessible by purchasing a Pro Add-on plan).
Monthly payment: You can try it free for the one-week at the time of the first purchase.
Yearly payment: You can try it free for the one-month at the time of the first purchase.
* Free trial is available for only once with one of monthly or yearly payment. A prime member can use the following features and services.

* Using cloud storage allows you to sync up to 20GB of works between the Windows version of ibisPaint and the iOS/iPadOS/Android version of ibisPaint.
* Monthly payment: After you become a prime member with the first one-week free trial, if you do not cancel your “Prime Membership” at least 48 hours before the last day of the free trial, your “Prime Membership” will be automatically renewed and you will be charged for the automatic renewal.
* Yearly payment: After you become a prime member with the first one-month free trial, if you do not cancel your “Prime Membership” at least 48 hours before the last day of the free trial, your “Prime Membership” will be automatically renewed, and you will be charged for the automatic renewal.

Restoration Method
- Once you have purchased a paid product, even if you delete and reinstall the application, the right of the purchase remains valid. For those who have previously purchased products within ibisPaint, logging in with the same Microsoft account when purchasing it in the Microsoft Store will allow you to restore them for free with “Restore Purchased Rights.”
- You can restore it in the following steps: Open ibisPaint Title screen ＞ ①gear button ＞ ②Restore Purchased Rights. If you reinstalled the application or changed the device, please restore the rights purchased in this step.
How to cancel Prime Membership
Go to Microsoft Store app ＞ ①Profile icon in the upper right corner ＞ ②[Manage account and devices].
Select ①[Services & subscriptions].
Select ①[Manage] for the subscription you wish to cancel.
Select ①[Cancel subscription].Follow the onscreen instructions.
About Auto-Renewable Subscriptions
- If you don’t cancel the automatic renewal at least 48 hours before the period is over, your contract term will be automatically renewed. The fee for automatic renewal will be charged within 24 hours after the contract period is over.
- When you become a prime member with free trial, if you don’t cancel your “Prime Membership” at least 48 hours before the free trial ends, you will be charged for the automatic renewal.
Notes
- The cancellation of your “Prime Membership” cannot be done by any methods other than the one mentioned above.
- You will be charged via Microsoft account.
- The right of your “Prime Membership” cannot be shared between ibisPaint (iOS/iPadOS/Android version) and ibisPaint (Windows version). For example, if you become a prime member of the ibisPaint (Windows version), you cannot use the prime features on the ibisPaint (iOS/iPadOS/Android version).（Your cloud storage capacity is shareable.）
- It is possible to change from the monthly to yearly payment plan, but not from the yearly to the monthly payment plan.
- Changing from the monthly to yearly payment plan will result in an immediate switchover of plans. (The yearly payment plan will be extended by only the remaining number of days in the monthly payment plan.)
