When adding to the online gallery images that you have traced please fall into Trace category.
Here, trace refers to artworks where you have traced the outline of an image created by someone else. You do not have to fall into Trace category to works where you have drawn your own image on paper and then imported and traced it yourself. If the creator of the artwork that you have traced has not designated it as free to use, copyright free, secondary uses allowed or similar then you must obtain their permission before using the work. Further, even in cases where the work is labeled as free for use there may be rules and regulations in pages such as the consent agreement that you will need to read and abide by.
If you use works that are not labeled as free for use, where the scope of use is ambiguous, or where it is not clear who the creator of the work is without the creator’s permission then they may take legal action against you.
As the operating company (ibis mobile inc) is not able to confirm which images posted to the site have been created with the copyright holder’s permission all issues that may arise between the poster and the copyright holder are to be resolved between those two parties. The operating company reserves the right to delete, after consideration, works that are subject to a takedown request. For more details please refer to the Terms of Service.
