An Adjustment Layer is a layer that allows you to make adjustments to the layers below it, such as changing hues or adding effects.
After adding an Adjustment Layer, you can still readjust parameters, turn them on or off, or adjust the intensity.
Adjustment Layers are useful when you want to make adjustments to a finished illustration and want to apply filters to all or multiple layers at once, instead of to each layer one by one.
Press the ①Layer button to open the Layer window.
Select ③Add Adjustment Layer from ②Add Special Layer.
Select the filter you want from the ①Filter Selector Bar.
Adjust the filter by changing the ②parameters.
When you have finished your adjustments, use ③✓ to return to the Layer window.
①Adjustment Layer will be added.
The Adjustment Layer will be applied to the layers below it.
If you want to apply it to all layers, move the Adjustment Layer to the top.
With an ①Adjustment Layer selected, you can readjust the parameters from ②Readjust Adjustment Layer.
You can adjust the Adjustment Layer’s strength by changing ①Opacity.
You can also hide it at any time using the ②Layer display switch button.
You’re done!
Adjustment Layers are useful to adjust hues in the final stages of creating an illustration.
You can readjust the parameters and change the strength while you check the illustration.
