This section explains how to use a promotion code in the iPhone/iPad/Mac version of ibisPaint.

Go to https://ibispaint.com/promotionCodeActivate.jsp and select ①[Sign in with ibisAccount].

If you already have an ibisAccount, enter the ②[Email address and password] used for your ibisAccount and press ③[Login]. If you do not have an ibisAccount, create one from ④[Don’t have an account?].

If you cannot log in with your ibisAccount, please check https://ssl.ibis.ne.jp/faq/11/ibisPaintforiPad/4/25/.

Enter the promotion code in ⑤[Enter your promo code] and press ⑥[Redeem].

The promotion code will now be applied.

Open the ibisPaint app.

Select ⑦[Settings], then ⑧[Account – “ibisAccount”], and press ⑨[Sign in with ibisAccount]. After that, log in with the account you used when applying the promotion code to complete the process.

This section explains how to use a promotion code in the Android or Windows version of ibisPaint.

On the title screen, select ①[Settings button], then press ②[Redeem Promo Code] to access the screen for entering a promotion code.

If you already have an ibis account, enter the ③[Email address and password] used for your ibis account and press ④[Login]. If you do not have an ibis account, create one from ⑤[Don’t have an account?].

Enter the promotion code in ⑥[Enter your promo code] and press ⑦[Redeem].

The promotion code will now be applied.

“Linking” refers to the state where, when you use a promotion code in ibisPaint, the promotion code becomes associated with the device you are using.

You can check the number of devices that can be linked and the target apps for the promotion code in the “My Page” section of the Online Gallery.

Promotion codes may have restrictions on the maximum number of devices that can be linked, as well as the types of apps that can be used. Linking only occurs with promotion codes that have a limit set on the number of linkable devices.

1. For iPhone/iPad/Mac

From a browser app such as Chrome or Safari, go to ibisPaint’s “Online Gallery (https://ibispaint.com/)” and log in with your ibisAccount.

1-1. Check the number of linkable devices and target apps

Open ①[My Page] and select ②[Manage promo codes]. From the “history” on the promotion code screen, select ③[Edit] for the promotion code you want to check.

In “Promo Code Details,” you can confirm the number of linkable devices and the target apps.

If the number of linked devices has reached the maximum for a promotion code, you cannot link a new device. To link a new device, you must first unlink one of the already linked devices.

1-2. Unlink a linked device

Open ①[My Page] and select ②[Manage promo codes]. From the “history” on the promotion code screen, select ③[Edit] for the promotion code you want to check.

From the “Device List,” select ④[Unlink] for the device you want to unlink. In the confirmation dialog, select ⑤[Unlink] to complete the process.

2. 2. For Android or Windows

Open the “Online Gallery” from the ibisPaint app and log in with your ibisAccount.

2-1. Check the number of linkable devices and target apps

Open ①[My Page] and select ②[Manage promo codes]. From the “history” on the promotion code screen, select ③[Edit] for the promotion code you want to check.

In “Promo Code Details,” you can confirm the number of linkable devices and the target apps.

2-2. Unlink a linked device

3. Relinking a device after unlinking

If you want to re-link a device that was previously unlinked with a promotion code, perform “Restore Purchased Rights” in the ibisPaint app on the device you want to re-link.

Open the ibisPaint app and select ①[Settings]. On the settings screen, select ②[Restore purchased rights]. Once the restore is complete, select ③[✓]. This will re-link the device to the promotion code.
