You can use the Artworks Folder feature to manage your artworks using folders.
This makes it easier to organize My Gallery according to your needs, such as grouping your favorite artworks together or separating in-progress illustrations from the completed ones.
If Cloud Sync is enabled, your folders’ structure will also be synced.
Open My Gallery and tap the ①[+ button].
On the opened New window, select ②[Folder].
This will create a folder in My Gallery.
Long press the artwork you want to move and ③[drag] it over the folder you want to move it into.
You can also create a folder by dragging an artwork over another artwork.
When you release your finger, the artwork will be moved into the folder.
You can also create more folders inside folders.
To move an artwork back to the parent folder, long press the artwork you want to move and ①[drag] it over the Back button.
When you release your finger, the artwork will be moved back to the previous folder.
Tap ①[Select]. Choose the ②[Artworks You Want to Move] then tap ③[Folder Icon].
If there is no folder to move into, you can create one by tapping ④[New Folder]. Enter ⑤[Folder Name] and select ⑥[OK].
Tap ⑦[Move]. This way the selected artworks will be moved to the folder.
You can freely change folder names.
Tap ①[Folder]. Once the folder is open, long press ②[Title Bar].
A keyboard will be displayed, and you can change the folder name.
You can also rename folders in the following way.
Tap the ③[(i) button] to display the Folder Information window.
Change the ④[folder name] and tap ⑤[✔︎ button].
You can access My Gallery’s Downloads Folder to check artworks you downloaded from the Online Gallery.
①[Download] an artwork from the Online Gallery.
When downloading is completed, tap ②[OK].
Open My Gallery.
You can check the downloaded artworks in ③[Downloads Folder].
