Cloud storage allows you to upload and save artwork to an online file storage area and download saved artwork to your device. By storing artwork in cloud storage, you can transfer them to other devices by simply logging into ibisPaint and downloading them from cloud storage.
For detailed instructions on how to use cloud storage, please see, “Synchronizing the artworks on your device with Cloud Storage”.
Settings such as color palettes and brushes will not sync. For methods on how to backup and restore settings, please see the next section, “File transfers using third-party cloud storage (Dropbox, etc.)”
If transferring artwork through cloud storage proves difficult, or if you wish to transfer artwork through other means, it is also possible to use third-party cloud storage services.
Since data is sent via the internet, transferring large numbers of illustration files can consume significant bandwidth. Therefore, we recommend using a Wi-Fi connection during such transfers.
