With the Thin Arrow, you can easily draw an arrow pointing from a start point to an end point.
It is useful when you want to show direction or flow with arrows, such as in diagrams and step-by-step illustrations.
Select ①[ Thin Arrow ] in the Shape Tool window.
②[ Drag ] on the canvas to draw an arrow pointing from where you started dragging to where you released your finger.
For how to open the Shape Tool window and for common settings such as Draw Line by Brush and Fill, see "Shape Tool".
Turn on ①[ Draw Line by Brush ] to draw shapes that reflect the shape, thickness and opacity of the currently selected brush.
When you draw with a brush that has Fade settings, the look of the arrowhead changes depending on the order selected in ②[ Arrowhead Drawing Order ]. In the example image, the arrows are drawn with a brush set to be thick at the start and thin at the end.
Draw in One Stroke … Draws the arrowhead with a single line, starting from one end.
Draw from the Tip … Draws from the tip of the arrowhead toward both ends.
Draw from Both Ends … Draws from both ends of the arrowhead toward the tip.
Turn on ①[ Fill ] to turn the arrowhead into a triangle and fill its inside.
After drawing an arrow, tap the ①[ Edit shape ] button at the top of the screen.
Drag the ②[ arrowhead handle ] to change the length and direction of the arrowhead, and drag the ③[ blue handles ] at both ends to change the positions of the start and end points.
Drag the ④[ handle in the middle of the line ] to change how much the line bends and draw a curved arrow.
